Adverse event reporting

To report an adverse event in the UK (including Northern Ireland), reporting forms and information can be found at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk. Adverse events should also be reporting to Amicus on 0808 234 6864 or via email to drugsafety@amicusrx.com
